Smarter SaaS originally launched in May of 2020. Since then, several updates were made. One of which was the compliance feature, where you can automatically view your current compliance and usage with your Microsoft 365 licenses.
Then in January 2021, TBSC launched the update to Smarter SaaS which included the free efficiency chart rating. Where do you stand with optimizing your Microsoft 365? The Smarter SaaS Efficiency Check analyses your current Microsoft 365 licensing management. After you are tested and scored, we will provide free advice on how to improve your score.
Notification Update to Smarter SaaS November 2022
TBSC are happy to announce more updates to Smarter SaaS, as per request by several of our partners.
The notification feature is to help take away any uncertainties when it comes to pulling data or analyzing data from Microsoft 365. This includes providing any notifications on issues related to setting-up Smarter SaaS for your clients, regular data pull issues, configuration issues, and more. You will now have access to see notifications relating to errors or issues on the top right side of the Smarter SaaS Dashboard. The notifications will explain the why or how an issue occurred, putting you in better standing for a resolution.
