When making a purchase, your financial agreement is with The Business Software Centre and your subscription payments are processed by our e-commerce partner PayPoint. Terms and conditions for your use of the Title (for our products and services) are published by the associated Content Provider and you will be expected to accept these as presented in the End User Licence Agreement (EULA).

Each of these parties will hold some of your personal information for the duration of the products and services subscription your signed up for. For the avoidance of doubt, these parties are The Business Software Centre, PayPoint and the Content Provider.

Each of these parties is responsible for its use of your personal information and each publishes its own Terms and Conditions and an associated Privacy Policy.

If using The Business Software Centre (https://businesssoftwarecentre.com) online forms for demos, online free trials, blog interactions, or contacting us online, we maintain that your privacy is important to us and we will not share your personal information. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to any third party groups other than to comply with software licensing agreements and for financial transaction processing as outlined above.
